Abstract
U diplomskom radu prikazan je odnos nadrealizma kao avangardnog umjetničkog pravca i pojednih filmskih ostvaraja suvremenog filmaša Davida Lyncha. Rad nastoji ukazati na određene poetološke sličnosti nadrealizma i Lyncheva stvaralaštva iz čega se onda može derivirati teza da je David Lynch suvremeni nadrealist. Također rad upozorava i na neke specifičnosti Lyncheva stvaralaštva koje ga izdižu od titule pukog sljedbenika minulih umjetničkih tendencija.
