Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu dati su rezultati kvalitativnog istraživanja suodnosa uključenja učenika u program produženo stručnog postupka školskog uspjeha. Cilj istraživanja odnosi se na ispitivanje stavova učitelja i socijalnog pedagoga o mogućoj povezanosti programa sa školskim uspjehom. Prije istraživanja analizirali su se čimbenici koji utječu na školski uspjeh te su se ispitivale promjene nakon ulaska u program po tim čimbenicima. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 6 učenika od 4. do 8. razreda Osnovne škole Gornja Vežica koji su uključeni u tretman produženog stručnog postupka Doma za odgoj djece i mladeži Rijeka, njihova odgajateljica/socijalni pedagog u tretmanu produženog stručnog postupka te 5 učitelja i razrednica učenika Osnovne škole Gornja Vežica koji su uključeni u tretman produženog stručnog postupka. Za prikupljanje podataka koristio se intervju za socijalnog pedagoga – odgajatelja, intervju za učitelje (razrednike), te se radila usporedba školskih ocjena učenika iz glavnih predmeta na polugodištu i na kraju školske godine. Rezultati ispitivanja pokazali su kako mlađi korisnici bolje reagiraju na program. Neki od mlađih korisnika nakon dvije ili tri godine izlaze iz programa zbog uspješnog prevladavanja poteškoća. Kod starijih korisnika neka ponašanja već su definirana i taj korisnik već duže vremena ta ponašanja koristi kroz život. Takva ponašanja teško je ispraviti. Kod korisnika osmog razreda, koji je u PB-u godinu dana možemo govoriti o ne postojanju radnih navika te o prisutnosti nemarnosti. Program produženog stručnog boravka pozitivno djeluje na školski uspjeh kod korisnika koji su uključeni u nižim razredima. Njihov napredak je uočljiv i prepoznat od strane učitelja i socijalnog pedagoga. Kod učenika petog i šestog razreda, školski uspjeh se povećava vrlo sporo te je vidljiv česti pad ocjena, koje na posljetku ipak učenik popravi. Kod učenika završnih razreda osnovne škole napredak je vidljiv u okviru ispravka negativnih ocjena, te uspješnog završetka osnovne škole. Njihove ocijene nisu visoke, te se ne povisuju više od jedne ocijene. Također promjene kod drugih ispitanih čimbenika školskog uspjeha potkrepljuju zaključak da je najmlađi učenika koji je uključen u program u nižim razredima najviše napredovao u programu.
Abstract (english)
This diploma thesis examines the relationship of the inclusion of the students into the day treatment program according to school achievement. The main purpose of this research is to examine the attitudes of teachers, social pedagogues and students involved in a day treatment program on the impact on school achievement. Prior to the research, the factors that influenced the school achievements were analyzed and changes were investigated after entering the day treatment program. Six students from the 4th to 8th grade from Primary School Gornja Veţica who are involved in a day treatment program, their teacher and their educator / social pedagogue were participating in the research. A questionnaire for the social pedagogue - a teacher, a questionnaire for the teacher (graders) was used for collecting the data and a comparison was made between school grades of the students from their main graduates at the end of first semester and at the end of the school year. The test results showed that younger users react better to the program. Some of the younger users after two or three years go out of the program because of the successful overcoming of the difficulties. For older users some behaviors have already been defined. Such behavior is difficult to correct. For the eighth grade student , who has been in PB for a year, we can talk about the lack of working habits and the presence of ignorance. Day treatment program, has a positive effect on school success with the beneficiaries involved in the lower grades. Their progress is perceptible and recognized by teachers and social pedagogues. For fifth and sixth grade students, school success is increasing very slowly and a frequent decline in grades is evident, which in the end is, however, improved by the student. For elementary school pupils which are at the end of their education, progress is visible in the framework of correcting negative grades and successful completion of elementary school. Their grades are not high and they do not increase more than one grade. Changes in other school success factors also underscore that the youngest pupils who are integrated into day treatment program in lower grades involved make more progress in the program.
