Abstract
Glavna tema ovog rada je bila vezana uz razvoj potrošačkog društva. Obrađena je analiza 20. stoljeća gdje je fokus bio postavljen na razdoblje obnove koje je omogućilo razvoj suvremenog potrošača i medijskog proširenja. Na putu prema tom ostvarenju je tržište krenulo djelovati kao vrsta totalizirajuće moći, došlo je do novog odnosa redovnih radnika prema proizvodnji i prema novostvorenoj kulturi kupnje. Konzumerizam je krenuo predstavljati način prema kojem djeluje današnje društvo, postao je sustav koji modificira ljude sukladno s nadolazećim trendovima.
Abstract (english)
The main topic of this paper was related to the development of the consumer society. The analysis of the 20th century was carried out, where the focus was set on the period of reconstruction that enabled the development of the modern consumer and media expansion. On the way to that realization, the market began to act as a kind of totalizing power, there was a new attitude of regular workers towards production and towards the newly created buyer culture. Consumerism began to represent the way in which today's society operates, it became a system that modifies people in accordance with the upcoming trends.
