Abstract
Cilj ovoga rada je identificirati, kategorizirati i sažeti elemente školskog vođenja za koje empirijska istraživanja potvrđuju da doprinose učinkovitosti vođenja. Učinkovito se školsko vođenje mjerilo učinkovitošću organizacije (škole) na temelju akademskog uspjeha učenika, nastavničkog zadovoljstva radom u organizaciji te njihovom predanošću radu. Vodeći se teorijskim i empirijskim saznanjima o učinkovitom školskom vođenju načinjen je integrirani model učinkovitog školskog vođenja. On u sebi sadrži kategorije: vizija, socijalni odnosi, grupna kohezija, školska klima, osobne kvalitete vođe, postavljanje ciljeva i očekivanja te planiranje, koordinacija i evaluacija rada nastavnika. Prema tome, može se zaključiti kako su upravo te kategorije okosnica učinkovitog školskog vođenja i mogu biti putokaz vođama koji teže učinkovitosti organizacije (škole) u kojoj rade.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this paper is to identify, categorise and to summarize elements of school leadership that contribute effective leadership. Those elements are confirmed by empirical researches. Effective school leadership was measured by effectiveness of organization (school) based on students academic success, teachers satisfaction with working in an organization and with teachers dedication to work. Using theoretical and empirical findings about effective school leadership, the integrated model of effective school leadership was made. The model is formed by categories such as: vision, social relations, group cohesion, school climate, personal qualities of leader, setting goals and expectations and planning, coordination and evaluation of teachers work. According to that, it can be concluded that those categories are the framework of effective school leadership and can be the guidepost to leaders that aspire effectiveness in their work.
