Abstract
L'idea fondamentale di questo elaborato era di collegare il problema del male nella filosofia della religione con il diritto dell’UE, usando il “Caso Izzettin Doğan e altri contro la Turchia” e analizzare il problema del male con cui i filosofi hanno avuto a che fare sin dai tempi antichi. Il caso si riferisce al rifiuto di fornire servizi pubblici e alla violazione dei diritti della libertà di religione e alla discriminazione che possiamo associare strettamente con il problema del male. Spiegando le teodicee, la virtù e la libertà si sono potute notare le differenze negli atteggiamenti filosofici verso il problema del male ma nello stesso modo anche il cambiamento di pensiero dei giudici rispetto al caso. Parole chiave: l’Unione Europea, la Corte Europea dei diritti dell’uomo, Aleviti, Turchia, caso Izzettin Doğan, il problema del male nella filosofia della religione, Dio, società, religione.
Abstract (english)
The basic idea of this work was to link the problem of evil in the philosophy of religion with EU law, using the case Izzettin Doğan and others against Turkey and to analyze the problem of evil with which philosophers have had to deal since ancient times. The case refers to the refusal to provide public services and violations of the rights of religious freedom and discrimination that we can closely associate with the problem of evil. Explaining the theodicy, virtue and freedom, we could notice the differences in philosophical attitudes towards the problem of evil and at the same time the change of judges’ opinions compared with the case.
