Abstract
Ovaj rad bavi se waldorfskom pedagogijom odnosno praksom u osnovnoj školi u Zagrebu. Nakon teorijske analize, dani su rezultati empirijskog istraživanja. U Hrvatskoj je vrlo mali broj ljudi upoznat s waldorfskom pedagogijom, te prevladava negativan stav prema načinima rada u alternativnim, privatnim školama. Negativni komentari neupućenih bili su poticaj za istraživanje o realnom stanju; kako sami učenici waldorfske škole, nekoliko godina kasnije, gledaju na obrazovanje koje su sami primili, znanja koja danas kao odrasli ljudi posjeduju, ali i ne manje važno- vrijednosti koje su usvojili putem waldorfskog obrazovanja. Pluralizam u odgoju i obrazovanju javlja se kao pokazatelj razvijenosti društva, te u praksi ima cilj promicanja prava roditelja na izbor škole za svoju djecu. Na samom kraju rada sumirane su iznesene činjenice te su pružena vlastita mišljenja i stajališta o temi, ali i izneseni vlastiti prijedlozi za unapređenje kvalitete rada waldorfskih osnovnih škola u Hrvatskoj.
Abstract (english)
This work focuses on Waldorf pedagogy, more concrete Waldorf pedagogy in practice in primary school in Zagreb. After the theoretical analysis, the results of the empirical research are given. In Croatia, very few people are familiar with Waldorf pedagogy and there is an overall negative attitude towards principles of work in alternative and private schools. Negative comments of uninformed, were the encouragement to find out how it is in reality, how the students of Waldorf school themselves look at their education couple of years later, what do they think about the knowledge they own today as adults and nothing less important, about the values they have reached through Waldorf education. Pluralism in upbringing and in education appears as an indicator of development of society and in practice, its objective is to promote the rights of parents when it comes to choosing a school for their children. At the end of the work, the presented facts are summed up and own thoughts and views about the topic are given, as well as suggestions for improving the quality of work in Waldorf primary schools in Croatia.
