Abstract
Diplomski rad na temu Korištenje web 2.0 alata u podučavanju talijanskog kao stranog jezika, Primjena u osnovnim školama iznosi teorijska i praktična znanja iz područja podučavanja stranog jezika uz korištenje web 2.0 alata. Teorijska znanja obuhvaćaju teme didaktike stranih jezika, didaktičke tehnologije, razvoja Interneta te korištenje istoga u nastavi. Kroz kratki povijesni osvrt, utvrđuju se karakteristike pojma Web 2.0. U tekstu su također prikazani statistički podaci korištenja računala, Interneta i ostalih didaktičkih tehnologija u nastavi ili za potrebe nastave. Statistički podaci upućuju na veliki broj učenika i nastavnika koji posjeduju i koriste računalo za potrebe nastave i za osobne potrebe. U nastavku rada su predstavljeni web 2.0 alati wiki, Deekit, indMeister, Hot Pototes, ToonDoo i VoiceThread koji ukazuju na mogućnosti, prednosti i nedostatke korištenja web 2.0 alata u nastavi. Navedeni alati potiču razvoj pismenih i usmenih kompetencija, kao i kreativnosti. Za navedene alate, pripremljeno je i opisano nekoliko primjera izvođenja nastavnih aktivnosti pomoću web 2.0 alata u razredima osnovne škole. Od prednosti korištenja web 2.0 alata u nastavi mogu se izdvojiti prostorna i vremenska neograničenost, interaktivnost učenika i nastavnika, poticanje kreativnosti i timskog rada, te mnogi drugi. Isto tako, kratki se osvrt dao i na mogućnost i potrebu korištenja web 2.0 alata od strane nastavnika, kako bi znali udovoljiti potrebama učenika, koje se nerijetko naziva „digitalnom generacijom“, te kako bi nastavu učinili zanimljivijom, zabavnijom te efikasnijom. Cilj je ovog diplomskog rada ukazati na potrebu povećanja korištenja mogućnosti Interneta i web 2.0 alata za podučavanje talijanskog kao stranog jezika, ali i općenito u nastavi.
Abstract (english)
This graduate thesis titled The Use of Web 2.0 Tools in Teaching Italian as a Foreign Language. The Applications in Primary Schools provides theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of teaching foreign languages using the Web 2.0 tools. The theoretical knowledge examines the didactic of foreign languages, the didactic technology, the development of the Internet and its use in the teaching process. The features of Web 2.0 are defined through a brief historical review. The study presents statistics on the use of computers, the Internet and other didactic technologies in teaching or for teaching purposes. The statistic numbers point to many students and teachers who own and use a computer for teaching purposes and personal needs. The thesis aims to highlight the increasing need for Internet and Web 2.0 tools in teaching Italian as a foreign language as well to teaching in general. The Web 2.0 tools such as wiki, Deekit, MindMeister, Hot Potatoes, ToonDoo, and VoiceThread, open up new opportunities and for teachers and students. These tools encourage the development of literate and oral competences as well as creativity. The author presents, prepares and describes several examples of teaching activities with the application of Web 2.0 tools in primary school classes. The advantages of Web 2.0 tools in teaching are their spatial and time limitlessness, the student and teacher interactivity, the creativity and teamwork, and many others. Finally, teachers’ ability to use the Web 2.0 tools meets the needs of students who are part of the “digital generation” and makes teaching more interesting, fun and efficient.
