Abstract
Diplomski rad „Tehnologija izrade ulaznog vratila Z-3 prema crtežu broj 005“ podijeljen na sedam područja. U uvodnom dijelu razrađena je tehnologija obrade materijala s odvajanjem čestica. Slijedeće područje obrađuje specifičnosti kod projektiranja i izrade vratila a zatim su navedene karakteristike materijala te razrađena toplinska obrada cementiranje. Kroz četvrto područje se razrađuje tehnologija izrade ulaznog vratila Z-3 i u petom području se navode zahtjevi strojeva za izradu navedenog vratila. U šestom području je obrađen metodički dio sa analizom nastavnog plana i programa srednje strukovne škole vezane uz sadržaj zadatka diplomskog rada te je razrađena priprema za izvođenje nastave za pripadnu razinu kvalifikacije prema HKO. Zadnje područje navodi zaključak diplomskog rada o važnosti CNC strojeva u suvremenoj proizvodnji i obrazovanja za CNC operatera.
Abstract (english)
Graduation thesis „Manufacturing technology of shaft Z-3 no. 005“ is divided to seven sections. In introduction section describes technology of material management by separating particles. Next section contains special features needed for design and manufacturing shafts and afterwards material properties for making shafts are described. Manufacturing technology of shafts is explained in fourth section and machine demands are worked out thoroughly in fifth section. Sixth section contains analysis of technical high school curriculum which is related to graduation thesis and a lesson plan for a demanded level of qualification according to Croatian Qualifications Framework. Last section presents conclusion which emphasizes importance of CNC machines in modern manufacturing and importance of CNC operator education.
